THE COUNTRY OF CASTLES

After breakfast your private driver will take you to Oberammergau. You will get a sight of one of the most beautiful German castles – Castle Neuschwanstein. Once home to King Ludwig II, this true fairy tale castle was the inspiration for Walt Disney’s interpretation of a European castle. From here, you can also visit Linderhof Castle, another magnificent and stunning castle of King Ludwig II. For the next two nights you will stay in one of our favourite hideaways, Schloss Elmau, a spa retreat hidden away in the calm of the Bavarian Alps.

For those interested in performance over style, test the limits of a German supercar on the infamous Nürburgring racing circuit, not far from the cities of Frankfurt and Cologne (Köln) or take to the road for a thrilling high speed drive on one of Germany’s renowned ‘Autobahns, which criss-cross the country, connecting the key cities including Berlin, Munich (München), Hamburg, Stuttgart, Hannover and Dresden.

Black Forest

From Dresden you will take a short flight to Stuttgart, where you will be met by your chauffeur and taken to the Hotel Traube Tonbach, close to the Black Forest National Park. In the evening, you can enjoy dinner at Traube Tonbach’s rustic Bauernstube Restaurant and sample the famous Black Forest Gateaux. For the next couple of days you will explore the Black Forest and its surroundings with your own personal guide, experiencing the countless highlights of the region. From the largest walk-in cuckoo clock in the world to some of the most scenic vistas and valleys of the region, or the open-air museum Vogtsbauernhof – you will be awakened to the beauty and splendor of this region.

Zeppelin Highs

Your private driver will take you through scenic landscapes until you reach Lake Constance (approx. 2 ½ hours). In Friedrichshafen you will enjoy a private Zeppelin flight experience, a totally unique and historical way to see the Alpine landscapes. For an hour you will soar above Lake Constance, while enjoying some champagne, and gain a new perspective from 1.000ft altitude whilst learning all about the stunning feat of engineering.     It’s only natural to have some burning questions before you book your once in a lifetime trip. We’ve answered the most commonly asked ones below. This way, you can understand more about who we are, what we do and what we stand for. Read on for our answers.
    WILL I BE JOINING A GROUP?
    All of our trips are private, so you won’t be joining a group (unless of course you’re travelling with one of your own). There’s no maximum group size (within reason), so if you want to go with five friends or 40 family members, we can sort it. We’ve also built strong relationships with a number of top hotels around the world, so if you want a luxury hotel solely for your group, we can arrange a buy-out.
    HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PLAN A TRIP?

    In most cases, you’ll have your initial itinerary within a few days. First we’ll (1) set up a call to get to know you and your family, friends or partner. Next we’ll (2) ask about your interests and how you like to travel, as well as discussing ideas for your chosen destination. From here (3) we’ll curate a tailor-made itinerary and send it over within a few days. You can then fine-tune your trip as much as you like and speak to the other people in your party before confirming.

    If your needs are more complex then this process can take a little longer. At the same time if you’re eager to travel ASAP then we can get you from enquiry to flight within a matter of hours.
