Typical Exclusions
For complete transparency in costing and partner communication, the following items are not included within the standard SHREE program framework and must be accounted for separately.
International Airfare
Flights to and from Europe are not included. Partners may bundle independently or offer as an add-on.
Visa Charges
Schengen or applicable visa fees, documentation, and processing costs are excluded from all programs.
Travel Insurance
Comprehensive travel and medical insurance must be arranged separately by the operator or client.
Personal Expenses
Laundry, phone calls, tips, minibar, and other personal expenditures remain outside the program scope.
Optional Activities
Any experiences, excursions, or upgrades not listed in the confirmed itinerary are treated as optional extras.
Porterage & Luggage Handling
Porterage at hotels, airports, and cruise terminals is not included unless specifically confirmed. Guests are responsible for handling their own luggage unless pre-arranged.
City/Tourist Taxes
Local city taxes, tourist levies, and resort fees imposed by municipalities or hotels are payable directly at the property and are not part of the program cost.
Early Check-In / Late Check-Out
Standard hotel check-in/check-out times apply. Early arrivals or late departures requiring room access are subject to availability and additional charges.
Seat Selection & Airline Ancillaries
Where flights are bundled, seat selection, excess baggage, in-flight meals, and other airline ancillaries are excluded unless stated.
Gratuities & Tips
Tips for tour guides, drivers, hotel staff, and restaurant personnel are not included and are at the discretion of the traveller or group leader.
Currency Exchange & Banking Charges
Foreign exchange losses, ATM fees, or international transaction charges incurred during travel are personal expenses.
Meals Beyond the Confirmed Plan
Any meals, beverages, or snacks consumed outside the confirmed meal plan (e.g., room service, additional lunches) are chargeable to the guest.
